Our services start with conceptual design and planning, followed by detailed construction and technical design documents. Our experience includes single-family custom home design, multi-family apartment and condominiums, additions/remodeling, office and commercial buildings, retail and restaurant design, office space planning, and historic restoration projects.

Patrick Valent has been providing quality Architectural Design Services throughout the South Florida Market for more than 20 years. He draws on years of experience and extensive travels abroad to execute many styles of architecture suited to each project and each client’s individual needs. Valent is NCARB certified, and is licensed to practice architecture in Florida and several other states in the SE.
